"Monopolies 'Threatening UK's Vaccine Supplies'"

Great Britain's National Audit Office (NAO) recommended Tuesday that the Department of Health make obtaining vaccines more transparent, because the vaccine supply is currently threatened by monopolies.  The NAO asserted that the limited number of companies supplying vaccines creates monopolies that lack room for competition.  The British government should ensure long-term supplies of the vaccines, the NAO said.
