Hamilton County Health Department will announce the dates and locations for its
so-called low-cost rabies clinics for cat and dog owners. I have no problem
with that. What I do have a problem with is the Health Departments position
that animals must have yearly rabies shots. The public is being shortchanged
when it is not being informed about 3-year vaccines, which are now being
routinely administered across the country."
